Adult Wellness Weekend

The 2025 Adult Wellness Weekend Dates: September 19-21, 2025

Registration Opens February 2025!

Finding time for self-care is difficult for anyone but even more so for our community who are dealing with a complex medical condition like epilepsy. We invite adults, 30 years and older diagnosed with epilepsy or who are caring for a loved one with epilepsy, to step back from the daily stressors of the diagnosis and have time to unwind. Activities include yoga, art therapy, light hiking, reflective sharing, and more!

Adults will be responsible for their own daily living skills and taking their own medications. If assistance is needed for administering medication, please make a request. The EFEPA will be following CDC Guidelines at the time of the event. Communication will be made as to the potential need to wear masks, provide negative COVID-19 tests, or show proof of vaccination.

We understand that transportation can be a challenge, and The EFEPA Strives to help all participants secure transportation to and from the event via carpool, or shuttle van.

The cost to attend the Adult Wellness Weekend as a participate is $200. There is no cost for medical professional volunteers.
